All it is is a module that hooks in line with the headlamp wireing. and
causes the energy to pulse off and on. as where to get this, I could not
tell ya. I am sure there are companys that sell them, there has to be,
because cop cars have them. you just have to keep looking for the company.
Ask yourself; where do the cops get there lights,etc.. this company sells
the module also.
