If anyone takes a close look at the R/T, you'll notice that the body spacers
are missing on them. It's a neat trick to give it the appearance of being
lowered...but makes a bunch of noise since there's no insulation between the
body and frame mounts.

All I did was run to my local Home Depot, grabbed some 1/8" rubber matting, and
used a 2" round cookie cutter to mark (and cut) some isolation pads for my
buddies '99 R/T. (Also made a set for my truck as well when we finally drop
it.)

We're also looking into the Hotchkis leaf springs since it appears that they
only put a block in the factory spring set. Trying to find a local spring shop
which can test a set of factory 2001 R/T springs against my Hotchkis springs.
