I have not seen anything "official", but I have been told by two different
"oil change" shops that the recommended interval for pure synthetic (not
blend) is 50k, as opposed to every 30k with conventional oil.

To be honest, I have run Mobil-1 synthetic in my Dak since day one....and I
still replace it every 30 k or so....I figure the synthetic gives me a
little room incase I miss an oil change for a bit.

By the way..........Mobil-1 has a number of different wts....anywhere from
10W-30 to 15W-50. Any reason NOT to use the heaviest, widest range oil wt.??
