I'm not sure what year the 383 became available but I know in the
Barracudasit was available 67, 68 & 69. From how you describe the decal, it
sounds like that was a 69.

Back in the 60's and very early 70's you could get almost whatever you
wanted engine wise. From a 383 in a Dart to a Slant-6 in a Charger....
