Removing Tree Junk????

I have some sort of treen junk (Brown), not sap, all over my white truck. I
have tried bug and tar remover and Meguiars Step 1 paint cleaner and those
didn't even phase it. I can remove it with a clay bar, but not easily, it
would take me 6 hours for just my hood using a clay bar.. Any suggestions on
a miracle product??
