I was installing a new stereo system awhile back and got some 6.5" Infinity
Kappa's to go in the extended cab in the stock location. When installing
these I realized the opening for the speakers is huge! These 6.5" speakers
just fell right through. I had to fab up a new mounting system for them.
Now my question is, I believe I could probably squeeze some 8" subs in
there, maybe with alittle bit of fab work. Just curious if anyone else has
tried that and if they got it to work or not?
