The IAT Adjuster doesn't have to work below 65 degrees since the intake
is already receiving much cooler air. (Same goes for the Jet Stage-II)

I believe the IAT adjuster is useless at 65 degress and below, where as
the JET CHIP will sill work, however, common thought is that the IAT and
JET CHIP do not work well together. (I'll find that out next week)
