I entered the Dakota in another Car show today,despite the impending rain.It
was in Poynette,Wi.It was also the first show the promoter had put on.My
Dakota took 2nd place.
Normally i would accept this,but the promoter allowed a POS 55' Chevy truck
into the Stock-Truck class,when it should have been a entry into the
Modified class.
I pleaded with the promotor,telling him that the "promotor has the right to
change how a vehicle is classed,based on the modifications on a vehicle"
This truck had more mods than i didnt,yet the POS Chevy got 1st place.
(I protested of course)
There were 37 vehicles in all,and only 4 Mopars.My was the only Dodge
truck,and the ONLY Dakota Quad Cab there..
I have another show for tomorrow on tap.
I now have a 1st place trophy,a 2nd place plaque,and a 4th place trophy.
Not bad for my first 3 shows,regardless....
And people asked a lot about the DML too :)
