I'm using a 7-rib Billet 2.40" pulley (not ScottQ's either). I tach out
at 5500rpm (which is high enough for now) without any problems.
Hmmmmm.....bad run of blowers? QA? Interesting.

What size pulley? I was using the 2.7" for a long time, and the 2.4" is
what broke the belts... plus, dont forget, I tach out at 6K now.. so
that
hurt it even more.... running along at 70, and needing to spank a 01
stang, well.. I call on 2nd gear for that :) that internal belt didnt
like that! :-P
