Plastic guns are never used by any law biding civilian, or for the that
matter any kinda regular criminal. We're talking about a plastic gun that
was designed for ONLY one purpose, you'd never find one of these in the
hands of a hunter, a casual sportsman, a Marksman, or an Olympic shooter.
