Sorry, I was told by my dealer that the VIN gives them access to the "BUILD"
papers which contain those serial numbers. There would only be a problem if
you changed your locks and/or ignition. That's what I was told. I will
verify tomorrow and let the list know.

You can't cut a key from a VIN. You need the key code. Sometimes you can get
the code from the dealer who sold it new if you give them the vin.
