BofA, Wells Fargo, Frost, all accept IE6. Don't know about the other
banks though...my personal account (Local Credit Union) accepts IE6 as
well.

You can always change the browser tag to "fake" the version.

people complaining that their bank websites wouldn't let them in because

they still treated it as a beta browser.
