Bob,
Mt Stillen fits very tight.....like a rubber.....boot (easy now) on a
shoe.
I have not used any screws.....it's been on for years.
And I have taken it on and off to respray it several times

The other Bob....spelt Bob... not Bob like yours....you spell your name
backwards
