Hey DML!
This one's for all you showboats out there...What's the BEST way to clean
the DAKSY's engine?
What I mean is, what's the BEST procedure/method to clean the year's worth
of grime since last September's Valley Meet? Should I cover the intake &
distributor & just spray some engine cleaner on it & then rinse with a
garden hose? Should I keep it running while I'm spraying/rinsing? Come on
guys...Chuck? Bob Nich? You guys show up with engines that are cleaner than
my dinner plates!
DON"T TELL ME...I hafta take a rag & wipe down all the big surfaces & then
use Q-tips for the hard-to-reach spots ( which, BTW, kinda qualifies anythin
under the hood!)
