Hey guys,

I had this same problem shortly after I bough my 00 Dak - the culprit was a
blown fuse...your warranty will cover it.

Kevin,
That should have done it. When the iginition is ON, everything should be
hot.

OK. I attempted to check to see if my back-up lights are working by putting
the vehicle in reverse with the ignition ON but the engine not
running...there were no lights on?

Does the engine have to be running in order for the back-up lights to be
activated?
