The cat is covered under Federal Emissions Warranty for 80K miles. The factory
replacement isn't bad but would recommend a high-flow cat since you've got all
the other intake/exhaust mods already.

A 16.2 definitely is showing something wrong with the truck...with those mods,
you should be in the low 15's if not high 14's.
