I've thought that if I ever wanted to put some on, I'd just drill a couple of holes
in the bumper and bolt them directly to the bumper. If there isn't a good spot
because of the plastic air dam, there's always the Dremel. I've seen several
aftermarket fog lamp kits that come with basic square brackets that would
work well for mounting to the bumper.
