MP computers (PCMs) have their speed limiter set at 255 (basically removed).
MP assumes that if you're going to buy a racing PCM you know what your
limitations are in terms of tires, heat, velocity, and stability of your
vehicle. Rev limiter is still set (it's already higher for a MP PCM, but
not unlimited) however, that can be changed depending on application. Mike
Leach, in association with Ron Zimmer can provide those changes.

FYI: my 2000 R/T would shut off at 115 with the stock computer, I haven't
reached the shutoff yet with the MP computer on it now.

Is yours a 2000?? Some buds of mine have 2000's and they shut down at 95
as well. I guess they changed something in the comp for that year only,
my old '97 V-6 would go to 115 as well. I'm pretty sure it's a 2000 only
thing :( .
