By saying "fully charged" are you saying you see 14 volts with a volt meter
at the battery terminals?

My coil is receiving only 8.5 volts. I assume this is why there is no spark
out of the secondary wire. The battery is fully charged. Any ideas why only
8.5 volts? Would this cause the coil not to fire?
