Just got a reply from the dealership. Looks like
a email address is good enough for the username.
I just went through the steps to see what it is
like to get the discount:
1. After selecting parts click Checkout
2. Enter coupon code "Club", fill out Shipping
information and click continue.
3. Review order form, discount should be displayed.
4. Fill out payment info, and billing address
5. Put a check in the Club Member box and fill
in the text area with "Dakota Mailing List" and
your email address
6. Click on Place Order.
It looks like its working! Hope this help out
everyone.
