Yah, reset the comp. It was just a weird looking code for the gas cap
being loose. Reset the comp and all is well, must've been on the way
back from Pismo fillin up with gas.

Yes, it can happen if the cap is loose. The EVAP system has to do with
the gas tank. Of course, if you were playing in the sand and got sand
up there.... The EVAP system is underneath your truck. Follow the
lines from your tank and you should run into it.

I pulled this code this afternoon on my way home from Pismo Beach. "An
open or shorted condition detected in the EVAP purge solenoid control
circuit." What is this? Could this happen if the gas cap isn't on all
the way? Anyone seen this before?
