Cold is cold!! When they are issuing warnings about exposed skin freezing
in 10 seconds exposure, you don't want to go out and start your truck!!!!!
I remember last year on one night, it registered -68 with wind chill!!! But
the Dakota started without being plugged in. She didn't like it but she
fired up and settled down to a nice idle after about 45 seconds.
