I have had NO problems with the 180 in my truck, and I have had it
installed for a year. Very small engine mods at this point.
The only difference the 180 makes in terms of heat is the operating
temperature will be lower because the stat opens at a lower temperature.
There is no change in how fast the engine warms up, and the dash heat is
not significantly reduced.
My truck runs better with the 180 than it did the 195, and Punch and I have
basically the same engine - he's just 2 cylinders short.
