Actually, they do give a hoot. Most insurance company's give you a rate
based on the number of miles you drive annually. However, disabling your
odometer can only get you in more trouble. I would strongly advise against
it.

I have never heard of a fuse for the odometer. Sorry you outa luck on that,
I really dont think the Ins. Co. gives a hoot about your mileage all they
want to see is if the extra goodies are really on your truck, pictures are
takin and they ask you too bend over and write them a check for the insured
