With the ASP pulley setup, full charge is at 900 rpm... Idle (580 rpm on
my
RT) runs 12 Volts, or no charge)... A 2000 and up truck with AC on,
fan, blower, headlights, and wipers will be running off of the battery
at idle..
You could shift to neutral and idle up to 1000 rpm and get 14Volts
again, but if you drive in wet weather, at night.... The pulleys might
not be for
You.

Ron,
Unfortunately, you can't run the window defroster
anymore without running the A/C. You are forced into this unless you do
a
bit of rewiring. (Which isn't necessarily a bad thing.)

<<Stick with the crank pulley only. The Alternator will not charge
properly at idle.

Where do I get just a crank pulley?
Is it possible to undrive the Waterpump and Powersteering only? Not the
alternator?

<<the A/C and windshield wipers running (in the winter in a rain/snow
storm...already happened to me several years ago).

Why do you have A/C on in the winter?
Ron
