Nope.
We've already tried this route about a year ago. The reason why you
can't is that the Mass-Air Meters work on a non-linear scale...and the
MAP sensors are linear. We even went as far as trying to use a
programmable circuit to "fix" the non-linear scale but the voltage
correlations were too hard to calculate based upon varying load and
throttle position.
