Hey man, does the tick sound like an electrical zapping or a metallic
knocking?? Is the engine shaking at idle?? It sounds like you might need
to do a tune up, the ol' 97 went through caps and rotors like crazy,
every 8000 miles, but I had the MSD and the brass cap and rotor. Sounds
like that looking at the change intervals. Pick up some Magnecores or
MSD Super Conducters while you're at it :)
