coolant level dipstik

Well, I went to check the coolant level today and the dipstick was
gone.......actually the 'stick' part apparently broke off and is now
somewhere IN the radiator!

Has this happened to anyone? Truck is running fine...no overheating
probs....and I reeeeaally don't wanna pull out the radiator to fish for this
thing. Any tips?
