Hey all,
I figured out that problem of my smokin' hot ground wire. I took the wire
off the body and sanded down the connector and the paint where it connects
(the connector was pretty corroded and there wasn't much metal showing on
the body panel where it connected). Hooked it back up and the volt meter shot
back up to the range I remember it being at before.
