Supercharger or 408?

If I was planning or eventually obtaining a supercharger and boring out the
engine to a 408 does it matter the order I do it in?

Supercharger or 408 first? Would it make any difference? I would not think
so but then again I know that there are plenty of people out there that have
gone through this already.
