2000 can get the codes like the 92-97 models.

Well, you didn't mention what year Dak you have, but if you have
anything
up to
'97 you should be able to turn the key on and off 3 times I believe and
the
code
will flash. '98 and later you need a scan tool which plugs in at the
bottom of the
dash near the pedals.
