I'm just as curious as Dave here as I have a 97, 318, 5 speed, 4x4 and WANT
a Mopar Performance PCM for my truck but was told by everybody that they
don't make them, even by the eggheads that work at Mopar Performance news.
What do you know that I don't know??? And have that I want. :-)

When did Mopar come out with a PCM for the '97 5-spds? I thought that it
wasn't available. Did you notice any improvements with the PCM?

I will have my Mopar PCM for the 97 5.2L manual available in two weeks.
Cost is $200. Only 1400 miles on it and you all know how I take care of
my
truck! I am converting back to an automatic. The 3500 transmission
can't handle the hp and torque. oh well. Neat project though. Should
