Don't Worry I emailed and got no response either, Their online email link is
not working I think , shouldn't raise any flag, I ordered my Z-Tube, two
weeks ago had in 2 days. As soon as ordered online got email confirmations
immediately.
Excellent service, excellent product.

I'm running the IP tube with my K&N filter. It works fine. They used to list
this as their "Stage 1" kit, but for whatever reason it hasn't been on their
site for a while. I've always had very good response from IP when I emailed
them, but if you are having problems with them now, it should raise a flag
that you may have trouble getting your stuff from them if you ever decide to
send them money. Let us know if you ever hear back from them. I've been
thinking about buying the Stage III upgrade, but haven't made up my mind
yet.
