Speedo corrector would only need to be used if going to a non-factory tire
size. If you change tires to ones that have the same (or very, very close)
outside diameter as a factory tire, a dealer can reset your PCM to use that
size. If you change rear-end gears, no change is needed anywhere, as the
pickup is after the gears.
