Um, how do you know what was going on in the first place? Can you point to this
article? A lot of times things are misrepresented by the press who don't
understand technical issues.

And how do you know he got nothing? How does anyone know that these firewalls
they just buy or download an install work perfectly, and do only what's
advertised?
