Course thing is according to a couple buddies of mine who are cops the
complaint will more or less only get fileed in the circular file.
Unfortunately most people who file complaints really have no reason to.
But hey maybe its different there. Give it a shot I suppose.

after you're done w/ the court, I'd file a complaint against the
officer, if
you feel it's justified (sounds to me like it would be).
