On my dak i get a clump on ice and snow form around the emergency brake
cable just under the body where the drivers door is. This will keep keep my
emergency brake from comming off completly some times. I have also noticed
that when it get to about -30C the emergency brake dosn't like to release
all the way either, i just have to put it on and release it a few times.
