With a 2001 Sport+ CC 4.7 5-speed 4x4 with 3.55 I get 24 MPG (Imperial
gallons, in US gallons 20 MPG) on the highway and 18 MPG around town (15 MPG
US Gallons).
Last summer I got 18 MPG on the highway towing a 5000 pound car trailer and
with 300 liters of olive oil (don't ask) in the box of the truck. This was
the average over 1600 miles with lots of long hills, I knew that I was
loaded, and I wished that I had a 3.92, but the truck pulled and pulled and
never complained.
Bone stock, the only thing that I've done is had Rinoliner sprayed on the
box and a canopy installed.

how in the heck are you getting 16-18? i have an 01 CC 4.7 and have never
gotten more then 11-12. Have you reflashed the PCM leaner
or something? what mods have you done?
