The rear of the truck is already light. When you step on the brakes, the
trucks weight is transfered to the front wheels. This makes the rear wheels
even lighter and easier to lock-up. So Dodge would either have to design
very minimum rear wheel braking (through hydrolic valves) to prevent rear
lock ups which would extend the braking distance or provide rear anti-lock
brakes. And yes, getting anti locks in the front is a good idea to reduce
the stopping distance on slippery roads.
