It should be in the pipe section. I don't know what the name is but I
bought a 3.5" Inside Diameter rubber piece that was 6" long and had screw
clamps on each end. Suggestion to take your PVC pipe with you to make sure
you get the right diameter to fit over the pipe.

Don't worry about the other end, the one I bought closed down by at least
1.5" to the Stock Air Hat and fits flush all the way around. When I get to
my truck next, I'll pull off the text written on it.

BTW, with your setup, don't remove the rubber piece by the radiator blocking
the airflow until you have something to block water.
