Doug,
I'd drain the gear box and measure the amount of fluid. Also make sure
the RIGHT type was put in after rebuild. The synchronizer rings are really
susceptible to damage by any fluid with free sulfur in them. Use only Mopar
or RedLine MTF. All others will kill the synchros. Check the drain plug for
filings on the magnet when you drain the fluid. Bill
