With 24K on my 99, I decided for the factory flush with ATF-4. I pull a
small fishing boat in the summer and also pulled a rented 25' trailer also.
I had to show the tyrany tech the TSB 21-006-01 that states ATF-4 is OK.
Unfortunately, here in T-town OK, we just had six inches of snow so I will
have to wait to see if I notice any good or bad effects with this change(2
wd).
Question: what do members currently think is the best (budget and
performance) LS for a street Dakota with V-8?
I will have to have a rear end shop do the install, as I feel that if there
is a foul up, they could make it right.
