I'd say replace it! I'm surprised it lasted that long. The O2 sensor
went out on my 97 at about 60k. They're no that tough to replace, so
if you get the engine light and the O2 warning you can change it out
a lot easier than those damn spark plugs, but if your going to be
working on the truck anyway, I'd say do it.
