My 2000 SLT+, 4wd, 4.7/5sp Dak (23,000 miles) has developed a rattle over
bumps which seems to be coming from the left front wheel. I raised the front
end and checked everything I could think of to no avail. I pulled the wheel
and checked the brake dust shield/ splash guard, suspension joints, bushings,
etc. I don't know how to adjust the wheel bearings on this thing yet, but
there is no discernible play with the wheel mounted. Any ideas?
