I thought they chose pit stalls based on qualifying, so he would have had
11th choice of pit stalls, Not necessarily the 11th pit.

I am pretty sure he didn't have the 11th stall. I was sitting in front of
pit road and his pit was out of my view, I am gueessing somewhere at the
back.. I could have missed him though.
