I have the same pan on my truck. Looks great! The bumper isn't
difficult to remove; just six nuts to wrench. It's not that
heavy, but support it if you can so the bumper doesn't twist on
you as you loosen the nuts. The ends of the bumper can contact
the bottom of the rear fenders and scratch your paint. The pan
is fairly easy to install as well. Remove your tailgate (see
owners manual if you don't know how). Get someone to hold the
pan in place, while you mark the holes for drilling. The most
awkward ones are at the ends of the pan where you have to be a
bit of a contortionist to get underneath and mark. I used a
small drill bit to act as a pilot hole for what I remember to be
the self-tapping sheet metal screws they supply with the pan.
Don't overtighten the screws and your good to go. One thing you
might want to do is protect your newly painted pan with tape at
the corners and anywhere else you think might be damaged. Good
