I tend to agree with Bill here, as I special ordered my Dak in 1997 (had to
wait 3 months for it) and I went for the heavy duty electrical. And to this
day no problems whatsoever with the original battery (knocking on wood :-)
My climate goes from -20degrees C to + 40 degrees C and I drive it all year
long. Maybe I just got one them
