Sorry, I don't know if anyone makes such a thing.
However, I've used a Cyberdyne A/F gauge for several years. Jeg's has them,
part #280-7009, $29.99. They are the 2 - 2 1/16 inch dia. I spliced
mine into the original O2 sensor wiring.
