My mother has a 300M, and though I REALLY like that car, my '00 Grand
Cherokee 4.7L has cleaned it's clock several times. The GC only runs
15.60s.
I think the problem with the 300 might be the gearing and traction. With
the traction control turned off it fries the front tires in first gear.
With it on, I think it slows it down quite a bit. The 300 runs much better
MPH in the quarter than my GC so it's making good power.
