I haven't ordered anything for the Dak through them, but I have
sent them a pretty good chunk of change for the Ram's suspension lift,
several rims, some winch related stuff, etc. Every time I have spoken
to them on the phone, the sales & tech people were friendly and
knowledgeable, they've always gotten back to my e-mail inquiries in a
timely fashion, etc. In fact, the first time I called them to order a
suspension lift, they steered me towards a different kit than I was
originally looking at and saved me a lot of money in the process. All
of my experiences have been good. I'd probably give them the benefit
of the doubt, and see what happens.
